Abbassi assured that any credible complaint would be taken seriously and strict action would be taken against those found responsible. “This company has been created solely for the benefit and convenience of the people and for the development of the Hazara region,” Abbasi said. “There will be no compromise on consumer rights.” He further informed that a meeting had been called with relevant authorities to receive a full briefing on the matter, after which necessary instructions would be issued.
