DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Jul 24 (APP):Senior Investigation Officer Regional Office of the Federal Ombudsman Imran Khan disposed of 141 complaints during his visit to Complaint Collection Center Wana, South Waziristan.
According to the spokesman, those complaints had been lodged by people against federal organizations. During the three-day visit, he issued directives to the officials concerned of those departments to address the complaints, instantly.
Speaking on the occasion, Senior Investigation Officer Imran Khan said that top priority was being given to provide speedy and instant relief to citizens in light of directives of the Federal Ombudsman Ijaz Ahmad Qureshi and Federal Ombudsman Regional Officer Dera Ismail Khan Sang Marjan Khan Mehsud.
He said that no negligence should be shown on part of any official and timely measures should be taken for addressing complaints, he added.
In this regard, he also appreciated the staff of the Wana office for showing devotion towards extending relief to people.
