SARGODHA, Oct 29 (APP):Under the Public Service Programme initiated by the Ombudsman Punjab, mobile vans are reaching citizens at their doorsteps to listen to their grievances and ensure swift resolution through relevant departments.
According to the spokesperson for Ombudsman Punjab here on Wednesday, the Regional Office Sargodha organised an open court at Union Council Chak No. 120 South, Tehsil Sillanwali.
Advisor to the Ombudsman Punjab, Muhammad Ilyas Gul, along with Consultant and Private Secretary Faisal Butt, personally heard public complaints.
During the session, 35 complaints were received from local residents, which were immediately registered and forwarded to the concerned departments with clear instructions for prompt resolution.
Speaking on the occasion, Advisor Muhammad Ilyas Gul emphasized that timely resolution of public grievances and provision of justice remain the top priorities of the Ombudsman Punjab’s office.
