PESHAWAR, Oct 31 (APP): Director General NIPA/PARD/PPSA Captain (Retd) Usman Gul on Friday said that public servants must utilize their skills to serve people with utmost integrity and sincerity.
He was addressing as Chief Guest at the graduation ceremony of the 38th Senior Management Course and 44th Domain Specific MCMC held at NIPA Campus Peshawar.
The Director General, in his address, said that civil servants are the main players of national development process, and it is essential that they play a leading role in decision-making, public service, and institutional improvement.
He said that the purpose of these training programs is to enhance officers’ administrative abilities, analytical thinking, and effective decision-making skills.
He congratulated the participants and expressed hope that they would utilize their knowledge and experience to promote good governance in their respective departments.
At the ceremony, Chief Instructor Senior Management Course Tariq Bakhtiar and Chief Instructor Domain Specific MCMC Taj Hameed presented course reports of their respective programs.
Graduating officers were awarded course completion certificates.
