SARGODHA, Nov 14 (APP):Managing Director(MD)of Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Sargodha, Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad on Friday visited block-X of New Satellite Town to review the ongoing development work for a new public park.
The inspection was carried out to make sure quality standards and timely completion of the project.
According to details, he said the initiative is part of Commissioner Sargodha Jahanzaib Awan’s vision to transform the city into a greener, healthier, and more attractive urban space.
The MD PHA Chaudhary Muhammad Arshad said the PHA was actively working on establishing new parks across Sargodha, with the new satellite town project being a key addition.
During his visit, he emphasized that the authority is committed to providing citizens with a healthy environment and recreational facilities while combating environmental pollution.
He stated that practical measures are being taken with available resources, and a formal request for additional funds has already been sent to the Director General(DG) PHA Punjab to ensure the park’s high-quality completion.
Chaudhry Arshad expressed confidence that the new park will bring positive changes to the area, offering residents a refreshing recreational space and reshaping the local landscape.
