LAHORE, Aug 13 (APP):National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK), Vice President Engr. Ahsan Anwar has vowed to bring substantial positive changes to the engineering community after his anticipated success in the upcoming Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) elections.
Speaking to a gathering of engineers on Tuesday, Engr. Anwar outlined his vision for the future, emphasizing his commitment to the profession.
Engr. Ahsan Anwar is contesting for the position of Vice Chairman Punjab in the PEC elections for the 2024-2027 term, scheduled to take place on August 18, 2024.
With 32 years of extensive experience in engineering consultancy, he has managed major projects in water, highways, and infrastructure sectors, both in Pakistan and internationally. His collaboration with leading global organizations such as the World Bank, European Commission, and Asian Development Bank (ADB) has been instrumental in his career.
Throughout his tenure, Engr. Anwar has built strategic relationships with federal, provincial, and international governments, showcasing his strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Currently overseeing corporate affairs, human resources, and administration at NESPAK, he plays a crucial role in compliance, organizational development, corporate governance, stakeholder relations, and strategic policy implementation.
