SARGODHA, Dec 07 (APP): The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) Sargodha hosted an awareness seminar at SOS Children’s Village, focusing on the significant role of volunteers in society.
The event, organized in collaboration with the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau, Associated Press of Pakistan, Police Protection Center, SOS Children’s Village Sargodha, and the Executive Council Alumni of the University of Sargodha, aimed to highlight the contributions of volunteers and recognize their efforts in societal development.

Speakers at the seminar emphasized the importance of volunteerism in fostering positive change and building a better society. They underscored the need to cultivate a culture of selfless service within communities and commended the tireless dedication of volunteers in serving the needs of humanity without expecting anything in return. Following the seminar, guests were shown round of SOS Village, where they were briefed on the facilities provided to the children.
