DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Oct 23 (APP):The National Agriculture Education Accreditation Council (NAEAC) reviewed the academic standards of the University of Agriculture, Dera Ismail Khan, during a visit by its Accreditation Inspection Committee (AIC).
The visiting committee was received by Registrar Zaib-ul-Qamar, along with Director QEC Dr Waqas-ul-Hassan, Director Administration Farjad Sikandar Sadozai and heads of different departments.
The team assessed the quality of the university’s undergraduate programs in Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Entomology, and Forestry.
On behalf of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Shakeeb Ullah, Registrar Zaib-ul-Qamar welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the university’s academic programs, research initiatives, and ongoing efforts to enhance educational quality.
The AIC inspected relevant departments, laboratories, and research facilities, and met with students and representatives of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC).
The committee commended the leadership and vision of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr Shakeeb Ullah, acknowledging the university’s notable progress in academics and research.
