PESHAWAR, Sep 25 (APP):The National Accountability Bureau Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (NAB-KP) has started inquiries and investigations against former bureaucrats and politicians including former ministers of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
According to NAB-KP, high level investigation has started against two former PPP ministers Sher Azam Wazir and Mehmood Zaib as both were accused of misuse of powers including recruitments in the provincial departments.
The PTI former provincial minister Malik Qasim and former Peshawar Governor Arbab Asim were also facing charges of corruption and misuse of powers.
Similarly, NAB-KP has decided to probe ex-bureaucrat Hifz-ur-Rehman and JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rahman’s brother and former Afghan Commissioner KP Zia-ur-Rehman over charges of corruption and misuse of power.
