LARKANA, Jun 26 (APP): The law and order situation in Sindh is improving, and incidents of kidnapping in the province have decreased. If there is a need to conduct an operation against criminals, the Sindh government will not bow down. This was stated by Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, while speaking to the media on Thursday after offering condolences on the death of MNA Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani’s mother.
The Chief Minister said that the Sindh government has passed its budget, while the federal government is expected to pass its budget in a day or two. He added that the PPP’s federal parliamentary party has decided to vote in favor of the budget.
Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah further stated that before the PPP government came into power, the law and order situation was extremely poor, and people had to travel in convoys. However, the situation has significantly improved now. He noted that war is dangerous for the entire world and that our country itself is a victim of terrorism.
Earlier, Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah visited Jakhrani House to offer condolences to MNA Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani on the passing of his mother.
On the occasion, MNA Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani, MPA Mumtaz Jakhrani, Provincial Energy Minister Syed Nasir Ali Shah, Provincial Minister for Prisons Haji Ali Hassan Khan Zardari, Provincial Minister for Excise and Taxation Mukesh Kumar Chawla, and Provincial Minister for Tourism and Culture Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah were also present.
