MPA alleges of writing child murder’s medical report on political pressure

PESHAWAR, Jul 23 (APP): Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader and Member Provincial Assembly, Sobia Shahid here on Tuesday alleged that the medical report of an eight year old girl belonged to Dir Monda has been written on the political intervention and relief was provided to the accused.

She claimed that the accused were given undue favor in the murder case and minimum offenses were shown in the report which was tantamount of obstruction in the way of justice.

On a Calling Attention Notice in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Sobia Shahid further claimed that dead body of the girl was deliberately concealed for four days and deleting of CCTV footage had made the case suspicious.

Responding to her notice, Law Minister Aftab Alam said that inquiry of the incident was made and forensic samples were sent to forensic laboratory besides conducting postmortem and three accused nominated in the FIR.
