Minister message on Independence Day

LAHORE, Aug 13 (APP):Provincial Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani, while congratulating the nation on Independence Day, said that August 14 is very important for every Pakistani, when after the eternal sacrifices of the lives during the Pakistan movement, ‘we were blessed with a sovereign state’.
“We must promise on this day that we will always protect our freedom and will put our personal interests aside and work unitedly for the national interests,” he added.
The provincial minister said, “On the occasion of Independence Day, we have to reiterate our commitment that we as a nation will face all challenges in the spirit of unity, faith and belief.” He said, “The message of August 14 is that we dedicate all our energies for the betterment of the country in the light of the sayings of Quaid -e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, founder of Pakistan, and will make work, work and only work the motto of ours lives.”
Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani said, “Under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, we are successfully moving towards the mission of development and prosperity of the country.”
