SUKKUR, Oct 17 (APP):The Provincial Minister for Local Government, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah arrived at Ghari Yaseen, District Shikarpur and expressed their condolences to the heirs of the late Agha Siraj Khan Durrani on Friday.
Speaking to the media, the Minister said that Agha Siraj Durrani was a great asset for the Pakistan Peoples Party, who maintained his loyalty and association with the party until his last days.
“His sacrifices for the party will always be remembered, and his loss is an unbearable one, but it is also a great loss for the politics of Sindh and Pakistan.
He said that Agha Siraj Durrani faced difficulties and the hardships of imprisonment with courage but never compromised on his principled stance. He said that the Late Agha Siraj Durani played a brilliant role during his tenure as the Speaker of the Sindh Assembly and remained loyal to the leadership.
The minister expressed deep sorrow and grief over Durrani’s passing. He called Durrani “a sincere, loyal and principled leader of the party, saying he played an important role in strengthening the Sindh Assembly and stabilizing democracy.
