KARACHI, Jul 25 (APP):Mayor of Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Friday inaugurated the “Time Travel Theater” at Dino Safari Park as part of efforts to promote recreational and educational activities in the city.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Deputy Parliamentary Leader in City Council Dil Muhammad, Juman Darwan, PPP East District President Iqbal Sand, elected representatives, and other dignitaries.
Speaking at the event, the Mayor of Karachi said this unique project offers an interactive and educational environment for families, children, and youth.
The spectacular opening of the Time Travel Theater at Safari Park marks a new milestone in family entertainment, offering citizens a chance to enjoy a special preview performance. The aim is to foster imagination, learning, and joy for the next generation.
He said this project is a valuable addition to Karachi’s recreational and cultural landscape and will encourage young people toward creative thinking. The establishment of the Time Travel Theater in Safari Park is a welcome step, providing quality entertainment for the people of Karachi while raising awareness among children about the environment, animals, and trees.
He expressed satisfaction that the theater’s storytelling and scripts are educating children on environmental protection, compassion for animals, and love for nature. “If we teach these values to children between the ages of three and five, they will grow up to be better human beings,” he stated.
He further informed that First Lady Asifa Bhutto recently visited hospitals in Azam Basti and Korangi, where free medical services are being provided. “She reviewed the facilities and appreciated the arrangements,” he said, emphasizing the government’s responsibility to provide quality healthcare to the poor and middle class.
Mayor Karachi also mentioned that the Chief Minister of Sindh will soon inaugurate the SICH Center in Jamshoro, which will further improve healthcare facilities in the province.
