LARKANA, Oct 28 (APP): Brave police constable Zawar Mushtaq Ahmed Tunio of Larkana Police sacrificed his precious life while fighting with courage and bravery for the establishment of peace.
The funeral prayer of the martyr was offered with full official honors at the Police Headquarters Larkana on Tuesday.
Sindh Home Minister Zia-ul-Hasan Lanjar, IG Police Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon, DG Rangers Sindh Shamrez, DIGP Larkana Nasir Aftab, and SSP Larkana Ahmed Chaudhry QPM, PSP laid flowers on the martyr’s coffin.
The funeral prayer was attended by DIGP Larkana Nasir Aftab, SSP Larkana Ahmed Chaudhry QPM, PSP, President Larkana Press Club Naveed Larik, DSP City/Civil Lines, Saad Jabbar, DSP Hyderi Ahmed Bakhsh Rahujo, DSP Aqil Fahad Irshad Mughal, DSP Dokri Imdad Ali Talpur, officers and jawans of Sindh Rangers, police officers and jawans, and a large number of citizens who paid tribute to the martyr.
SSP Larkana spoke to the martyr’s heirs, appreciated the martyr’s services, and prayed for his forgiveness.
Martyr Police Constable Zawar Mushtaq Ahmed Tunio was born on September 3, 1989, in Larkana District.The martyr police constable joined Sindh Police as a Constable on May 11, 2009.
On October 27, 2025, the martyr police constable drank the cup of martyrdom while fighting with valour against anti-social elements for the establishment of peace in the area of Laku Waro, within the limits of Thana Dari.
His sacrifice will always be remembered.Larkana Police will never let the sacrifice of its brave son go in vain.
