SIALKOT, Oct 20 (APP): A 28-year-old man tragically lost his life after receiving an electric shock while operating a water pump in the Ghumna Kot Motra Road area of Daska.
According to a spokesperson for Rescue 1122, the victim, identified as Sufiyan, son of Rasheed, and a resident of Shekhwan Kaman, was reportedly switching on a water motor when he suffered a fatal electric shock.
Rescue 1122 personnel responded to the emergency; however, upon arrival, they confirmed that the man had already succumbed to the shock before medical assistance could be provided.
The body was later handed over to the family for final rites.
