Man arrested for attempted assault on teenage girl in Hazro
ATOCK, Jun 19 (APP):Police have arrested a man for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a 13-year-old girl in Rehman Town area, within the limits of Hazro Police Station.
According to the complaint filed by the victim’s father, his daughter was returning home after tuition when the neighbor, identified as Ishrat, attempted to assault her.
The complainant said the suspect tore the girl’s clothes when she raised an alarm. Police registered a case against the nominated accused based on the father’s report.
The FIR includes charges related to attempted sexual assault.Following the registration of the case, police arrested the accused, Ishrat. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
