Low performing UCs’ numbers in polio drives reduces in Kohat

KOHAT, Jan 29 (APP):The district administration  has recorded remarkable progress in the ongoing anti-polio campaign, reducing the number of weak-performing Union Councils (UCs) from 26 to just five, while missed cases of children had also shown a significant decline.
The officials sources said that overall performance of 33 percent of the district’s union councils had improved considerably.
The development was shared during a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Muhammad Nawaz Wazir, regarding the February 2 to 7 anti-polio campaign.
The session emphasized effective field team monitoring, enhanced vaccination coverage, and timely data reporting.
