RAWALPINDI, Oct 25 (APP):The Lahore High Court(LHC) Rawalpindi Bench on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Lal Haveli’s de-sealing case till October 30.
According to details, the LHC Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf while hearing the petition filed by the elder brother of the former interior minister Sheikh Rasheed expressed annoyance over the non-appearance of the ETPB legal advisor and said that the Court would announce the verdict if the ETPB lawyer not appear on the next hearing.
Earlier, Sheikh Sidique had challenged the sealing of Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed’s Lal Haveli, by the ETPB on September 21.
