LAHORE, Oct 24 (APP):The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Friday demolished five illegal structures and removed encroachments from two properties in various blocks of Johar Town.
On the directions of Director General LDA, Tahir Farooq, the LDA Housing Wing carried out an operation in Johar Town against illegal constructions and encroachments.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of Director Housing-VII, Yawar Bashir Warraich.
According to LDA officials, the operation covered Blocks E, R-I, M, J-II, F-I, and Muneer Chowk. Illegal constructions on plot No. 774 (Block E), plots No. 50 & 51 (Block M), plot No. 603 (Block J-II), and plot No. 386 (Block F-I) were demolished.
Encroachments were also removed from plot No. 775 (Block E) and plot No. 1028 (Block R-I).
