SWAT, Jul 24 (APP): Additional Assistant Commissioner-II Babuzai Muhammad Amir conducted a raid on a warehouse on Mingora GT Road and sealed it for storing expired eggs.
According to the district administration, the visit was undertaken following instruction of the deputy commissioner in order to ensure safe food for citizens.
During the operation, a large quantity of rotten eggs was found and the godown was sealed.
The inspection team also arrested its owner, who was handed over to the police.
Under the supervision of the TMA Babuzai Encroachment Inspector, the expired eggs were disposed of at the dumping ground.
