LAHORE, Nov 04 (APP):Lahore skies remained overcast on Tuesday, with cool winds picking up in the evening.
Meanwhile, the Met officials said a westerly wave was affecting the upper parts of the country and was likely to persist until November 5.
They forecast dry weather for most plain areas, while cloudy conditions with light rain and snowfall over the mountains were expected in Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
