KP Food Authority conducts market inspections in DIKhan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN , Nov 15 (APP): On the directives of Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority Wasif Saeed, a team of the Authority conducted inspections in various markets of the district, officials said on Saturday.

The inspection operation, supervised by Deputy Director Sajjad Ahmad, focused on evaluating food outlets and checking licenses of vendors selling edible items.

The team also examined vehicles and small units involved in producing gur (brown sugar), which were found to be satisfactory overall.

According to the Authority, such inspections will continue to ensure the provision of safe and quality food to the public across the district.
