BAHAWALPUR, Oct 22 (APP):Commander Bahawalpur Corps Lieutenant General Muhammad Aqeel (Hilal-e-Imtiaz Military) attended the IUB Tech Expo 2025 as a chief guest at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB).
Innovative projects in electrical and electronic engineering, computer science, data sciences, artificial intelligence and cyber security were presented at the expo. The Commander inspected various stalls and appreciated the research and technical skills of the students. Later, he had a fruitful discussion on various topics with the students and faculty in a special session. The students, teachers and Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran thanked the Pakistan Army for the special session and discussion with Commander Bahawalpur Corps and expressed their desire for more such sessions. On this occasion, the students also paid tribute to the historic victory of the Pakistan Army in the Battle of Haq (Operation Banyan al-Marsoos).
