ISLAMABAD, Jan 14 (APP):Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) issued a traffic advisory for motorists, announcing temporary diversions on Srinagar Highway from Serena to G-10 between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to ensure smooth traffic flow.
An ITP spokesperson told APP on Wednesday that in view of the expected congestion during these hours, diversions will remain in place and motorists may experience delays on the main corridor.
He advised citizens to use Jinnah Avenue, Faisal Avenue, and the inner service roads as alternative routes to avoid inconvenience. Travelers have been further requested to allocate an additional 20 to 25 minutes to their journey.
The spokesperson said that ITP officers will be deployed along the affected route to facilitate the public and maintain uninterrupted traffic movement.
