LAHORE, Jan 02 (APP):The Land Reform Plan, issuance of Green Property Certificates will be started in 20 districts of the province, however issuance of Green Property Certificates has been started in Sialkot, Multan, Sahiwal, Jhelum districts.
The issuance of certificates will be started in 20 districts, in first phase, Rawalpindi, Okara, Khushab, will be included in the near future, Green Property Certificates will be issued in various phases.
The purpose of implementing Green Property Certificates will be to determine the boundaries of public property, protect ownership, eliminate possible fraud and forgery in buying and selling.
The DG Land Records Authority said that the Green Property Certificate will be certified by the Punjab government, the Green Property Certificate is a milestone.
