SARGODHA, Oct 29 (APP):An information desk has been established at the Deputy Commissioner’s office here to facilitate citizens and provide guidance on the E-Biz Punjab Portal.
DC Capt (retd) Muhammad Waseem said that the desk would provide citizens with comprehensive information on obtaining no objection certificates (NOCs) and other services online. He stated that the trained personnel will be available to assist citizens with the application process, required documents, and current status of their applications. ” The information desk will be operational from 9 am to 4 pm”, the DC added.
Muhammad Waseem said that the online system aims to minimize paperwork and reduce the need for citizens to visit multiple offices, adding that the E-Biz Punjab Portal is designed to promote transparency and accountability in government services.
“The portal provides citizens with easy access to government services, reducing the time and effort required to obtain them”, he concluded.
