SARGODHA, Jul 24 (APP):On the special instructions of Federal Ombudsman Ejaz Ahmed Qureshi, In-charge Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Sargodha Mushtaq Ahmad Awan held an open court at the Provincial Ombudsman’s Office in Mandi Bahauddin on Wednesday.
Complaints against federal departments were listened to from the public and relief was provided on-the-spot to solve the problems of people. Most of the complaints were against WAPDA, Post Office, Passport, and CMA Lahore. Officers of these departments personally submitted reports.
On complaints, electric meters were changed and units were refunded for excess billing.
In-charge Federal Ombudsman Regional Office Sargodha issued instructions to the officers and relief was provided to the complainants on the spot. The complainants thanked the In-charge Federal Ombudsman.
