Sargodha, Jul 29 (APP):The Atta Shaheed police station on Tuesday arrested a man who was impersonating as a Special Branch officer.
According to the police spokesperson here, the accused, Shoaib Ashraf, stopped truck drivers and checked their documents, claiming to be a government official. Local police had been suspicious of the man’s activities and launched an investigation. After verifying his credentials, police revealed his true identity and arrested him.
Atta Shaheed police have registered a case against the accused.
