IGP pays tribute to martyrs of Rahim Yar Khan police
LAHORE, Aug 01 (APP):Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has paid rich tribute to Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ramzan and Punjab Constabulary personnel Imtiaz, Jahangir and Tariq, who embraced martyrdom during a dacoit attack in Katcha Machka area of Rahim Yar Khan.
He said that these personnel fought valiantly and embraced martyrdom in the line of duty. He said the Punjab Police would never forget the sacrifices of its brave personnel. He said that no effort would be spared in ensuring the best welfare of the martyrs’ families.
The funeral prayers for the four police personnel were offered at the Sadiq Shaheed Police Lines Rahim Yar Khan.
