ISLAMABAD, Feb 16 (APP):slamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police has announced a three-day self-defence course aimed at enhancing personal safety skills and confidence among citizens.
A police spokesperson told APP on Monday that the course, open to both male and female participants, will commence from Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Police Lines Headquarters, H-11, Islamabad.
According to the spokesperson, the training programme will include key components such as unarmed combat, rappelling, Para PT and field craft, introduction to weapons, and live shooting, along with other practical safety techniques.
He said the initiative is part of Islamabad Police’s community-oriented policing efforts designed to empower citizens with essential self-protection skills.
