ISLAMABAD, Feb 18 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police officers reviewed the Iftar arrangements organised on a daily basis at the Police Lines Headquarters for police personnel.
An official told APP on Wednesday that Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar, Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Logistics Abdul Haque Umrani, and SP Headquarters Pari Gul Tareen visited the Police Lines Headquarters and inspected the Iftar arrangements.
The official said the officers reviewed the overall facilities provided to police personnel and issued necessary directions to ensure better arrangements and smooth management.
The initiative has been undertaken keeping in view the welfare of police officers, where members of the community and police personnel jointly participate in Iftar.
ICT Police reiterated that the welfare of officers and personnel remains a priority, and all possible measures are being taken to facilitate them during Ramazan.
