ISLAMABAD, Oct 2 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police’s Khanna Police team, under the supervision of Station House Officer (SHO) Amir Hayat busted the car lifters gang and recovered a stolen car and three motorcycles in a successful operation.
An official told APP on Thursday that the raid was conducted on a tip-off about suspects hiding stolen vehicles at a secret location.
The police recovered a Suzuki Mehran car and three motorcycles from their possession.
A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway to trace the culprits’ network.
SHO Amir Hayat said Khanna Police was working day and night to ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property.
He added that criminals would not be allowed to escape the law and stressed that cooperation from the public was vital to effectively prevent such crimes.
Local residents praised the timely action, stating that under the leadership of SHO Amir Hayat, the performance of Khanna Police had improved significantly, boosting public confidence in law enforcement.
