KARACHI, Jul 25 (APP):The Sindh Public Health Engineering and Rural Development Department distributed offer letters to 275 successful candidates in a formal ceremony held here on Friday.
Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Public Health Engineering and Rural Development, Muhammad Saleem Baloch, addressed the event and welcomed all the individuals who received offer letters for sub-engineer positions.
“I am pleased to witness the distribution of offer letters to 275 IBA test-passed candidates. This marks another step toward fulfilling the promises made by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari,” he said.
Baloch highlighted the department’s commitment to merit and transparency, noting that Sukkur IBA University was engaged to conduct the recruitment tests. Out of 6,000 applicants, 1,792 candidates passed the examination, he added.
He said PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto, Chief Minister Sindh, and Faryal Talpur clearly directed to ensure that merit is strictly followed.
The interview committee included faculty members from NED and Mehran universities, officials from SGA&CD, and senior officers of the department. Conducting interviews of all successful candidates over two months was a challenging task, he said and congratulated the committee for maintaining transparency.
