SARGODHA, Oct 15 (APP):The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) University of Sargodha, launched the 3rd phase of the Professional Training Program for Senior Clerks under the theme “Enhancing Employees’ Job Performance through Professional Growth.”
The initiative is part of HRDC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the professional capabilities of administrative staff and enhance institutional efficiency.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas attended the opening ceremony as chief guest. In his address, he stressed the importance of continuous professional development in achieving organizational excellence. He stated that well-trained and professionally confident employees form the backbone of institutional progress and service quality. He encouraged participants to take full advantage of such opportunities to refine their skills and contribute more effectively to the university’s mission.
Amjad Hussain Janjua Director HRDC provided an overview of the University of Sargodha Ordinance, Act, structure, and policies, and underscored the significance of aligning professional conduct with institutional goals.
Zaigham Abbas Qureshi Additional Registrar, delivered a session on workplace ethics, stressing the values of integrity, accountability, and professionalism as essential components of an effective organizational culture.
The opening session was attended by 42 participants. The training program will continue till 23 October, featuring interactive sessions and expert-led discussions aimed at enhancing participants’ skills, knowledge, and overall job performance.
