RAWALPINDI, Jan 19 (APP):The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi has intensified efforts to beautify parks across the city and ensure proper care of plants and flowers, in line with the directives issued by its managing director.
An HA spokesman said on Monday that special teams were in the field carrying out maintenance and landscaping work, with particular focus on Dhok Kala Khan Family Park in the Rawal sector.
He said measures had been taken to further enhance the park’s appearance, maintain cleanliness and protect plants and flowers from the cold weather. Fresh plantations and seasonal flowers have added to the park’s visual appeal, drawing the attention of visitors.
The Agency’s staff, he said, was carrying out horticultural activities at the park with diligence to ensure that its beauty is sustained.
Managing Director Ahmed Hassan Ranjha said the Agency was committed to decorating all parks in the city to provide citizens with quality recreational facilities.
He said the teams were working round the clock to ensure a clean, healthy and pleasant environment, adding that no effort would be spared in improving green spaces for the public.
