PESHAWAR, Jul 12 (APP):As per the directives of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Policy Board, with the unanimous approval of the HMC Board of Governors, the working hours of the Medical Teaching Institute, Hayatabad Medical Complex have been reduced to 5 days a week from 11 July 2024, said Media Cell HMC on Friday.
This includes changes in hospital OPD, operation theater, OTs, institute base practice, IBP and duty hours. Also, duty hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
There will be a prayer break on Friday from 01:15 p.m. to 01:45 p.m while IBP facilities will be available from 04:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The shift duty will practically remain intact. The same timings will also be applicable for institutions affiliated with HMC Hospital.
