PESHAWAR, Jul 30 (APP):Gastroenterology Department of Qazi Hussain Ahmad (QHA) Medical Complex Nowshera on Wednesday arranged a ceremony to mark International Hepatitis Day.
The ceremony was attended by gastroenterologist including Dr. Hameedullah, Dr. Asfandyar Khan and Dr. Masood Abbad, doctors and hospital staff.
Speakers highlighted the various aspects of hepatitis and precautionary measures needed to contain the disease. They also stressed upon caution in blood transfer and importance of cleanliness in controlling the ailment.
An awareness walk was also held to mark the day that was participated by doctors, hospital workers and paramedics.
