Governor urges parents to take out time for children despite busyness
QUETTA, Jul 13 (APP):Governor Balochistan Jafar Khan Mandukhail on Saturday urged the parents to take out time for their children despite all their busyness as children need the closeness, love and presence of their parents during getting of education.
In his statement issued here, he said that one of the important problems of today’s society was that parents were so involved in other economic and social activities that instead of paying attention to the education of their children, they entrust them to the teacher.
Due to which the children are suffering from inattention and deprivation and the desired goals of building their character and personality are not being achieved, he said.
Governor Balochistan said that it was true that parents were struggling to increase their assets for the bright future of their children, but they forget that their real capital was their children.
If the children are not provided with timely and appropriate education and training, the hard work and asset of the parents could be wasted, he noted.
He said that it was commendable that parents enroll their children in good educational institutions to make them successful and efficient citizens but in terms of training and education, it was not wise to leave your children at the mercy of educational institutions.
The Governor said that it was important to educate and train children about the possibilities and requirements of the future to enable them to face the challenges of the future.
