PESHAWAR, Jan 11 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, on Saturday taken notice of the tragic traffic accident in Karak district Ambery Kelay, and sought reports on the incident that claimed the lives of 10 persons.
Governor Kundi has directed health department officials to provide all possible medical assistance to the injured.
He also issued instructions to the teams of the Red Crescent to carry out relief activities.
Additionally, Governor Kundi called on Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) workers to actively participate in relief efforts in Ambery Kelay and donate blood to aid the victims.
Following the incident, the Vice Chairman of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Red Crescent, Farzand Ali Wazir, arrived at the accident site promptly at the request of Governor Kundi.
He coordinated with local authorities, supervised relief operations and ensured the clearance of roadblocks.
During visit, he also met with officials from the health department and other relief agencies, commending their efforts in managing the emergency response.
Meanwhile, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi expressed sorrow over the death of 12 workers, Including 10 from Shangla, in Quetta coal mine accident.
The Governor prayed for the departed souls in eternal peace and grant courage to bereaved family members to bear this irriparible lose with fortitude.
