Governor Sindh, CM Sindh visit Mazar-e-Quaid to pay homage

KARACHI, Mar 23 (APP):On the occasion of Pakistan Day, Governor of Sindh Imran Ismail and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah along with provincial ministers Wednesday visited Mazar-e-Quaid to pay homage to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. Governor of Sindh and Chief Minister Sindh laid floral wreath and offered fateh.

Besides, they recorded their impressions in the visitors’ book at Mazar-e-Quaid. Speaking on this occasion, Governor of Sindh, Imran Ismail said that Pakistan Day is being celebrated with enthusiasm and fervor today. He further added that the dignitaries participating in the 48th Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) watched the annual parade as guests of honour.

Imran Ismail said that we are trying to follow the path shown by the Quaid, adding that we will not forget the Kashmiri brothers today, it has been two years since the curfew was imposed there and we are trying to draw the world’s attention to Kashmiris. Paying homage to Quaid-e-Azam, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that may Allah help us to defend our beloved homeland.

Murad Ali Shah added that we should also remember Kashmiri brothers today, our hearts beat with Kashmiri brothers.
