PESHAWAR, Dec 08 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Monday sought a detailed report from the Inspector General of Police regarding the abduction and subsequent brutal murder of a lady doctor from Abbottabad DHQ Hospital.
Expressing deep anger and sorrow over the tragic incident, the Governor termed the crime “unforgettable” and stressed that the perpetrators must be given exemplary punishment. He said such heinous acts cannot be tolerated under any circumstance.
Governor Kundi further said that, as the Governor of the province, he stands in solidarity with the doctors’ community across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and shares the grief of the martyred doctor’s family during this difficult time.
