Governor meets federal health services academy delegation

PESHAWAR, Aug 02 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi met with a delegation from the Federal Health Services Academy, led by Vice Chancellor Dr. Shehzad Ahmad Khan, at the Governor’s House in Peshawar on Friday.
The meeting centered on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed with the Provincial Health Services Academy.
Dr. Shehzad Ahmad Khan briefed the Governor on the academy’s services and its plans to enhance health-related higher education in the province.
Vice Chancellor announced that 30 students from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will receive full scholarships for technical education in paramedical health technician courses, including free accommodation.
These free degree courses are set to begin in September, with the entire process overseen by the Governor’s House.
The academy will provide technical education to 300 students annually from the province’s backward districts.
Governor Kundi lauded the initiative, highlighting the global demand for a skilled workforce and assured the delegation of his full support.
