PESHAWAR, Oct 31 (APP): A swearing-in ceremony for members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial cabinet was held at the Governor House Peshawar on Friday. Ten members took oath as provincial ministers.
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi administered the oath to the newly appointed ministers.
The ceremony was attended by Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi, Speaker of the Provincial Assembly Babar Saleem Swati, Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah, Inspector General of Police Zulfiqar Hameed, heads of administrative departments, and several political and social figures.
Those who took oath as provincial ministers include Meena Khan Afridi, Arshad Ayub Khan, Amjad Ali, Aftab Alam Afridi, Fazal Shakoor Khan, Khaleeq-ur-Rehman, Riaz Khan, Syed Fakhar Jehan, Aqibullah Khan, and Faisal Khan Tarakai.
Governor Faisal Karim Kundi congratulated the newly sworn-in ministers and extended his best wishes for their future responsibilities.
