QUETTA, Jun 12 (APP): Governor Balochistan Jafar Khan Mandokhel on Thursday stressed the officers that they should use their professional skills to solve the problems and difficulties being faced by the common people and reduce their suffering in the areas.
He expressed these views while addressing the participants of the ceremony organized to mark the completion of the 43rd Mid-Career Management Course of National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
Principal Secretary to Governor Balochistan Hashim Khan Ghilzai, Director General of National Institute of Public Administration Quetta Syed Ali Raza Shah and Atta-ur-Rehman Khilji of Governor House and Secretariat were also present on the occasion.

He mentioned that as you start this new chapter, remember that your dedication and skills would help shape the bright future of the people of Balochistan and Pakistan.
The Governor said that as public servants, they play an important role in maintaining good governance, eliminating corruption and utilizing resources for the welfare of the people adding that your responsibility is to serve the greater good while ensuring merit and transparency.
He urged the officers under training at NIPA to further enhance their professional skills by taking advantage of technology and applied research to remain innovative and in tune with modern requirements, this would enable you to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
By integrating learning new things and modern research into your daily routine, you will make informed decisions and drive progress, he noted.
He said that by upholding these values, you would not only meet national expectations but also contribute to the betterment of society.
