LAHORE, Nov 06 (APP):The global Tablighi Congregation started at Raiwind on Thursday that will conclude on Sunday with special prayer.
The first phase of the Tablighi gathering began with a statement by Maulana Muhammad Ahmed Batla.
The participants of the gathering will be addressed by scholars from India and Bangladesh. The Tablighi gathering has been divided into two phases. The first phase of the gathering will end with a prayer on November 9.
The areas of Upper Dir, Bajaur, Chitral, Sargodha, Mianwali, Jhang, Sindh Province, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Chakwal, Jhelum, Attock, Kashmir, Mardan, Buner and Karak have been included in the first phase.
A large number of city traffic police and patrol police personnel are on duty during the gathering.
