SIALKOT, Dec 04 (APP): Government College Women University Sialkot (GCWUS) on Thursday constituted Research & Academic Excellence Society (RAES).
As per release of the varsity, it creates a strong community of language scholars at GCWUS. The goal is to expand knowledge in linguistics, encourage fresh ideas in applied linguistics, and support young researchers to serve academia and society in Pakistan.
Mission
To promote excellence in linguistics and applied linguistics research at GCWUS. It will organize seminars, conferences, workshops, and training. This will support students and faculty members in their academic and professional growth. Additionally, it will work as a platform to share quality research that adds to national discussions on language education and policy.
It will encourage and support quality research in language, linguistics, applied linguistics, ELT, TESOL, SLA, and discourse studies among GCWUS students and faculty.
