Funeral prayer of slain journalist held

PESHAWAR, Jun 19 (APP): The funeral prayer of slain journalist Khalil Jibran was offered at Sultankhel Landi Kotal in Khyber District on Wednesday.

A large number of people from all walks of life, including politicians, tribal elders, journalists, his relatives and well wishers attended the Namaz Janaza.

The elders also visited to the residence of slain journalist and condoled with his family.

The office-bearers of Peshawar Press Club, Khyber Union of Journalists and Khyber Press Club strongly condemned the incident and called for early arrest of the killers of Khalil Jibran.
