RAWALPINDI, Jun 28 (APP):Former senator and PML N leader, Chaudhary Tanvir Khan gets post arrest bail in Ch. Adnan murder case. Additional Sessions Judge Chaudhry Majid Hussain Gadi approved the post-arrest bail in Rawalpindi.
The court ordered Ch. Tanvir to submit two surety bonds of Rs. 1.0 million each. The verdict was reserved on June 27 after the completion of arguments from both sides.
Chaudhry Tanvir, accused for his involvement in the murder, had surrendered to the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court. Following the completion of his physical remand, he was placed on judicial remand. Later, he was shifted to the hospital due to health issues. He is nominated in the said murder case at Civil Lines Police Station.
The former senator will be released from Adiala Jail once the jail superintendent receives the release order.
