FAISALABAD, Nov 08 (APP): Tandlianwala police have arrested five kidnappers and recovered the abductee safely from them.
A police spokesperson, Tariq Jutt, said here on Saturday that one Afzaal had subjected his wife Mumtaz Bibi to physical assault over some domestic dispute. The woman called her brother Zahoor who, along with his accomplices, abducted Afzaal in addition to torturing him severely.
After receiving complaint, SHO Tandlianwala Saddar Police Station Inspector Sarfraz, along with his team, conducted successful raids and nabbed kidnappers including Zahoor, Babar, Irfan, Masood and Irshad Bibi.
The police also recovered the abductee safely while further investigation was under progress, he added.
